Tulsa International Airport Hires Director Of Air Service And Marketing (copy)

Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust has named Andrew Pierini as director of air service and marketing.

Pierini, who also will serve as the public information officer for TAIT’s airports, most recently worked in commercial sales and marketing for the Boeing Company. He started his career at Southwest Airlines, where he worked in network planning.

Pierini holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation management from the University of Oklahoma and is completing his Master of Business Administration degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

“Andrew’s experience working on the airline side of air service development will offer significant perspective as he works to build Tulsa’s airline capacity,” Alexis Higgins, Tulsa Airports CEO, said in a statement. “Andrew’s enthusiasm and expertise will support our community’s overall goals to drive additional nonstop routes. He could not be a more perfect fit.”
