Thief Steals $500K In Valuables From Former Yankee Alex Rodriguez’s Car

SAN FRANCISCO (CBSNewYork) — Former Yankees star Alex Rodriguez became the victim of a car break-in in San Francisco on Sunday.

Someone stole $500,000 worth of valuables from his rental car.

Rodriguez was in town broadcasting the Giants-Phillies game.

Police say the thief got away with several items, including bags, a camera, equipment, a laptop and jewelry.
