Man Killed In Mercer County Crash Identified

The single-vehicle crash occurred on Interstate 80 in Shenango Township.

A 53-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Friday morning on the Interstate 80 westbound lanes in Mercer County, state police reported.

Police identified the victim as Wayne N. Grahl. Authorities did not release information on where he lives.

Grahl was traveling west on I-80 in Shenango Township shortly after 11 a.m. when his vehicle veered off the road and struck a ditch, police said.

Grahl, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
