Man Crashes Into Railroad Crossing Sign During Police Chase

FLORIDA – A police chase near Miami came to a crashing end Monday afternoon.

Officers chased this pickup truck after receiving a notice to be on a lookout for it.

The driver tried to get away, coming close to crashing with another car at one point.

But then, he lost control of the vehicle after making a sharp turn in Opa-Locka.

The pickup ended up plowing into a railroad crossing sign and hitting a fence.

The driver tried to run on foot into a nearby warehouse, but he was nabbed within minutes.

There’s still no word on why officers were looking for the vehicle.
