Greenwood Police Search For Pickup Truck Driver Who Hit Cyclist, Fled Scene

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Police in Greenwood are searching for a driver who hit a cyclist and fled the scene.

The incident happened just after midnight near Worthsville Road and County Road 75 West.

The cyclist, Jon Kim, was seriously injured and had teeth knocked out and suffered a few broken bones. After crashing into the cyclist, the driver sped up and fled south on County Road 75 West.

The suspect was driving an older full-size American-made pickup truck, black or a very dark color, with blue lights where the yellow turn signals should be.
