Buffalo Police Locate Missing 2 Month Old; Charge Mother And Suspects In Stolen Vehicle

BUFFALO, N.Y. - Buffalo Police have located a two-month-old baby after two suspects stole a vehicle that was parked in a store parking lot, Saturday afternoon.

Buffalo Police say the mother, 25-year-old Jacqualynne Miles Miller has been arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and charged 18-year-old, Aaron Williams of Niagara Falls and a 15-year-old male of Buffalo with the theft of a vehicle.

After an investigation, it was determined that the two suspects also committed an armed robbery of a person exiting their car in the 2000 block of Niagara Street. Police say they stole $200 and a cell phone from the victim. They were charged with robbery in the first degree.

Police say the baby is safe and healthy and is at Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital. Initial reports were that the baby was left on the 190 in Grand Island, but after an investigation, police say the baby was not left on the 190, but, was brought to the hospital by one of the suspects who lied to police.

Buffalo Police say the vehicle was found in Niagara Falls.

Captain Rinaldo said the investigation is ongoing.
