From Sky5, Boston police investigators could be seen examining, photographing and measuring a silver BMW in an area cordoned off by yellow police tape.

“I came around the corner and there was a truck, and he came from behind the truck. There was nothing I could do. I tried to stop,” said Luis Marcial, the driver of the car.

The driver of the car stayed at the scene.

The person involved in the initial foot case was apprehended. It was not immediately clear what charges he is facing.
